Find A Digital Specialist to Fill Your Role

A Conversation can be the first meaningful step to finding the right candidate. This is why we are setting up a monthly call where we are inviting recruiters and digital professionals looking for their next job opportunity to join.

The process is simple. Once you register your interest, you’d be sent an email invite once the meeting date and time has been confirmed. Join the meeting on time where you will be placed into breakout rooms to have a 121 conversation with a digital specialist looking for work.Here’s the catch. You will only have 4 mins to speak to the specialist. Once the time is up, you will be moved into another breakout room where again you’d be given the same time to speak with another specialist. This process will continue until the meeting time is up. You will have the opportunity to speak to a maximum of 14 specialists on the day.

Once the meeting is over, each specialist will decide whether they would like their details shared with any of the recruiters they’ve spoken with to be contacted. Recruiters will also be asked to confirm which specialists they’d like to speak with further. Once we have a Match, details will be shared
