The afternoon tea menu changes seasonally, showcasing fresh produce and themed selections throughout the year. For example, the “Sunny Fruits Afternoon Tea” menu includes items such as a passion fruit parfait, exotic ananas (pineapple), kiwi smoothie, and a fruit cocktail, alongside Western-inspired favourites like scones and mousse.

The three-tiered stand features both sweet and savoury components, such as shrimp and pork satay, a chicken salad wrap, and ceviche. Additional bites like carrot and papaya rapée and a dacquoise fleur mousse bring variety to the experience and show the kitchen’s commitment to balance and detail.

Each element is portioned for sharing or solo enjoyment, and the mix of textures and flavours provides a satisfying progression from savoury to sweet.

The menu includes a selection of teas and infusions from Ippodo Tea House, one of Kyoto’s oldest tea merchants longside black teas, herbal blends, coffee, and soft drinks.

Afternoon tea is available daily from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The cost is ¥9,400 on weekdays and ¥9,800 on weekends and national holidays. While walk-ins may be possible at quieter times, bookings are strongly advised, especially during holiday periods or seasonal menu launches.
