I came here for a spa day for my mum's birthday. We started off with vegetarian afternoon tea and I want to credit all the staff including the manager Ryan who really truly looked after us!
Just returned home after a wonderful stay at Malmaison. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the guy on security and the member of staff taking care of the restaurant.
I ran a corporate event and the Malmaison team were fully supporting from the build-up and organising to the execution on the day, even when we had last minute changes and amends!
Lovely suite and very comfortable bed. Only down side is that we only stayed for one night. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. Will be staying again and highly recommended.
