Reviews

restaurant was absolutely beautiful, lighting was perfect, temperature was perfect. was sat next to a window with a lovely back drop of beautiful plants. bread starter was very tasty, sirloin was cooked perfectly and the dessert sharer was lovely. very good food for the price and our waiter, anthony was lovely and attentive and had great banter. he made the visit even more pleasant.

I went there with my niece. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful tea and biscuits and many more. As I had a large luggage we only explored the ground floor. Next time I would love to see the other floors and perhaps enjoy the high tea there. The shop keepers were very helpful so we ended up shopping a few products from there. I bought some for myself, some for souvenirs for my friends:)

What a wonderful experience! Tea at Fortnum and Mason was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The food was excellent and plentiful and the service was skilled, friendly, enthusiastic and kind. My wife and I felt welcomed and that we were part of something special as if there staff had been waiting for us for years and finally we had arrived! The jubilee tea room is large and beautiful.

Location is quiet - off the main bustle of Tottenham Court Rd which some may not like but we preferred it. At night our room was totally quiet. The Coral Room is exquisite in style with the all coral colored wall. The staff is properly dressed and goes the extra length to serve your every whim. The Club in the basement has a jazz band late at night (well at least Friday and Saturday nights).

All the varieties of tea, biscuits, and chocolates you could imagine. We had a great time exploring this store and looking at all the options. It’s a great option for tourists looking for gifts for friends and family back home. There really is something for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products. We talked to different employees who helped us pick the right teas and coffee and made us feel confident with our picks.
