Refined and Elevated Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea at Panoramic 34 is as elegant as its surroundings. Guests are welcomed into a sleek, modern dining space with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering uninterrupted panoramas across the Merseyside region. The setting alone creates a sense of occasion, but it’s the food that completes the experience.
The Afternoon Tea menu features a classic three-tiered selection, beginning with an assortment of savoury finger sandwiches and canapés. Expect refined combinations such as smoked salmon with cream cheese, roast beef with horseradish, and egg mayonnaise with watercress, each delicately prepared and presented with a fine-dining touch.
Next come the freshly baked scones, both plain and fruit, served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Light, buttery, and warm from the oven, they offer that essential taste of tradition within this elevated experience.
The final tier showcases Panoramic 34’s patisserie skill, featuring a selection of miniature desserts and sweets such as chocolate ganache, lemon tartlets, raspberry mousse, and seasonal confections. Each item is artfully crafted, full of flavour, and visually striking, a true high-end take on British Afternoon Tea.
Champagne & Cocktail Pairings
Panoramic 34’s Afternoon Tea is served with your choice of fine loose-leaf teas or coffees, but guests also have the option to upgrade to a Champagne Afternoon Tea, featuring premium labels such as Laurent-Perrier. This is perfect for special celebrations, romantic dates, or stylish weekends with friends.
For something a little different, the restaurant also offers a curated list of signature cocktails and fine wines, allowing guests to tailor their experience further. Every element, from glassware to garnish, reflects the venue’s attention to detail.
A Sophisticated Setting for Special Occasions
Panoramic 34 is designed for those who appreciate the finer things. With soft lighting, attentive service, and one of the best views in the North West, it’s ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, or simply making an ordinary afternoon feel extraordinary.
While the setting is best suited to adults and older teens, the venue is accommodating and inclusive, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free Afternoon Tea options available with prior notice.

The best afternoon tea I've ever had. My friend and I had a gluten free and a vegetarian afternoon tea, the food was delicious and imaginative all freshly made. The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

This was a fantastic experience. We came here for a 30th birthday celebration and we were extremely impressed. Firstly the restaurant is decorated beautifully. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind and their service was excellent.

I always enjoy visiting restaurants with a view. We were lucky to sit right by the window. However, there are a few tables further away from the view. Still, the atmosphere is very elegant with fitting music and overall very charming.

Small, elegant restaurant that also serves afternoon tea. The staff are attentive and professional and the sandwiches and cakes are delicious. The servings were very generous and we were able to order more tea a d sandwiches at no extra cost
