From May 15 to June 30, the “Palette of Seasons – Spring” afternoon tea includes savoury dishes such as mussels and vegetable salpicon with saffron jelly, grilled herring marinated in white wine vinegar with spring vegetables, and a Hokkaido cassura and cheddar cheese sandwich. Sweet treats feature broad bean gateau fraise, strawberry and snow pea Mont Blanc, Uji matcha and white chocolate mousse with yuzu aroma, and a live dessert of dark cherry and pistachio parfait with condensed milk ice cream .
