I must say, I did not want a light-weight, LED, remote-controlled plastic, crappy light. I wanted something more traditional, but I needed something more flush with the ceiling, and this is what I could find that wasn't hideous and was reasonably-priced.

They work great in warm or cool light, and the colors are a plus. The remote control is very practical but it can also be controlled from the room switch. It is very close to the ceiling, a good option when you can't put recessed spotlights

Very easy to install - two wires to connect, and two screws to fix to the wall/ceiling. The light has multiple colours and brightnesses, controllable from a hand remote. Not really sure who would use or need the various colours, but I guess nice for novelty value. All in all, a good looking light, at a good price.

Bought for daughters room - her mood changes frequently and she enjoys being able to match the ambient light to her current state of mind. She has mainly used it on yellow so not sure what to read into that. Remote useful to turn it off when she forgets.

Was a bit worried that it wouldn’t be bright enough but holy cow it’s a good job u can dimit. Can be switched between cool and warm white easily. Pick a colour or have is cycle through the colours. So far so good, can’t complain. See how long it lasts, but for just over £30 it’s worth the money.
