We visited on a Monday evening. We were fortunate to have a window seat and had a great view. It’s a beautiful space and we had amazing service from Eve. The cocktails were great. We hadn’t booked. Lovely toilets on the same floor. Highly recommend a cocktail or two to enjoy the view.
A really enjoyable birthday celebration with amazing views. Jenna was really helpful and friendly and Mia made some fantastic cocktails for us. Also thanks to the lovely lady who greeted us when we arrived, everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks to all staff and management. Highly recommended.
I've been coming to Cloud 23 on and off since not long after it opened and it has been through better and worse times in terms of the food and drink quality. After a gap of a couple of years since my last visit, I didn't know what I'd find but was happy to find the place back to it's better days.
Cloud 23 provided an unforgettable afternoon tea experience for my mum and me. From the moment we stepped into the elegant atmosphere. The panoramic views of the city skyline were breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for our delightful tea. Five stars without hesitation!
