Arrived at 3:00 PM for New Year’s eve special tea and we were not disappointed. Friendly staff and hostess sat us right away and we were doted on for the entire service. We were offered a nice selection of teas that were all served professionally in the English fashion.
Great service and very friendly staff. English afternoon tea for £75 pp, with unlimited refill of food and tea, coffee or hot chocolate. We were greeted with welcome drinks and left with a full bag of free sweets! Overall would highly recommend for a wonderful experience.
Had an amazing afternoon tea today with our daughter who has additional needs. From the doorman to the concierge to the amazing staff in the afternoon tea nothing was much trouble for them all, they all gave a 5 star service and made the whole experience very relaxed.

We came for the lovely afternoon tea 🍵. The staff were very attentive . The tea had gluten free options that one of us needed and because the staff had forgotten about it they brought an extra tray for us. At the end the offer 50 g of sweeties to take with you .
