Reviews

Can't fault this place! We came for my birthday and had the most wonderful experience, on par with the more high end afternoon teas in London but for a fraction of the price. We were served by the wonderful Maria who were extremely attentive and friendly, they are a real credit to the Palm Court.

From the moment we arrived, Birat supplied exceptional service. After taking our wet jackets, umbrellas and bags to the clock room , (and returning them later), he made sure we were aware of the history of an afternoon tea, aware of what were eating and had ample beverage supplies.

onathan and Alessandra took good care of me, were affable and made me feel comfortable during my time in the palm court, the pianist was also playing some very cool music in a style that I'd never heard before. Would highly recommend the palm court.

Staying at the Sheraton Grand for 3 nights. So happy to see some Filipino inspired cocktails on their menu at The Palm Court (Hotel Bar). Great service from Greg and Rommel who provided great advice on London life and what to do around town. Thank you for the hospitality and the service.

A huge shout out to Felipe who made a cocktail for each of our 6 day stay. Great bartender and really nice person. Really enjoyed talking with him and his gin recommendations were excellent. We met Romeo on our last day and he too mixed a great cocktail and it was great talking with him.
