Reviews

We booked afternoon tea here to celebrate a special birthday, we were a party of 16. Will say the venue is decent and looks presentable. Good location and good views. Considering this was booked in advance the whole experience was average. I’ve been to a handful of afternoon teas and today’s experience at Lanes of London sits bottom of my list.

We came here for afternoon tea, and it was absolutely wonderful. Our host, Vivian, was really welcoming and explained the menu, offering us helpful recommendations. I was especially touched by the birthday surprise when Vivian and another waiter sang "Happy Birthday" to me. It made the day even more special.

I came here for afternoon tea and was really impressed. Vivian was our host and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was something to remember. Excellent customer service from Vivian. He explained everything on the menu and the food was delicious especially the savoury. Thank you so much Vivian. GOD BLESS YOU

An excellent afternoon tea! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. A big thank you to our server, Vivian, who was especially helpful and attentive. He perfectly met our expectations and made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here for afternoon tea before our spa treatments. Had a great time in this wonderful hotel restaurant. The service was immaculate - the servers explained everything to us thoroughly and were accommodating to my allergies and teetotal lifestyle.
