Reviews

A classic version of the afternoon tea culture. All beautiful art deco with its lush silver details and mirrored luxury. The food itself follows the standard sequence: sandwiches, desserts, scones and a couple of chocolatey goodness. The tea and sandwiches are refillable, but beware the whole experience is very filling.

Wonderful experience recently at the Langham for afternoon tea with our whole family, 1 year old included. The food was great, and the room beautiful, but what made the experience was the service from Doriana. She made sure our daughter had everything she needed, including scones and hot chocolate. I even got a nice birthday surprise.

I highly enjoyed my afternoon tea at The Langham Hotel! I am gluten free, as was my guest, and felt all of the safety needs of our dietary requirements were met. We were able to fully enjoy delicious alternatives to the sandwiches, scones, treats, and tea cakes. If you prioritize desserts and unique twists then this is definitely where you want to go!

Afternoon tea as it’s meant to be! Our time here surpassed our expectations on every level - the tea and food offerings were both wonderful and plentiful, as was the ambience with beautiful decor, a talented live pianist, and personable, attentive servers. Be sure to make a reservation! one of the best addresses in London for afternoon tea.

As an afternoon tea enthusiast, I always like to try a new one every time I travel and the Afternoon Tea at the Langham was among my all-time favourites. My positive experience started before arrival when I reached out to the staff with some dietary restrictions - they were both kind and helpful. Skip lunch—this Afternoon Tea is plenty! Kudos to the Langham.
